I am convinced Megrahi is innocent of this crime and that his trial was a colossal perversion of justice.
I would like to help this campaign. I am an actor/writer, 46, resident in Edinburgh at the time of the bombing, now living in London.

I endorse and support Al Megrahi, and from a humanitarian standpoint the Scottish court his release even on bail…

Another of Britain’s great miscarriages of justice. So many - Colin Stagg - Sion Jenkins - Barry George -Bridgewater 4 - Abdelbaset Ali al-Megrahi
But thank God we do not have the death penalty.
Good luck with your appeal Mr Megrahi and may your God be with you

I wish to give my support to the campaign. I have never fully believed in the soundness of his conviction and have voiced this amongst family and friends numerous times over the years. I am retired therefore if you require any help with your campaigning, please do let me know. I would also be most obliged if you would forward me any information as to how I can best offer my support.

I am just an ordinary member of the public but would like to know if I can help in any way
Mrs RH wrote
I give my whole hearted support for the compassionate release of Mr Al-Megrahi so that he can have the same care and attention offered to any other person who has terminal cancer, surely we are not barbarians! Having lost my own husband to this awful disease, I know how much it meant for him to be able to have his family around him. I feel the same for any person who has a terminal illness - let's do the right thing and let Mr Al-Megrahi be with his family so that they can all try to come to terms with what is happening to him.
Love and peace to him and his family.

I want to support this campaign to release Megrahi. I find it to be an inhumane situation that he is in. As a retd health professional I can’t imagine the stress he is under and am very aware of the effect of that stress on his worsening condition.
At this stage in his illness he requires all the comforts that he can get. He needs to be released.

I support the campaign seeking justice for Megrahi
